This contact address is intended for parents, guardians, educators and other adults. Children should ask a trusted adult to contact us.
Report a problem
Please include the page or theme name, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead. Your device and browser name can also help us understand the issue. A screenshot is useful if it does not include personal information.
Please do not send children’s full names, ages, school details, photographs, addresses or other sensitive information.
Privacy questions
Use the same email address to ask about information shared with us or to request access, correction or deletion. See our Privacy Policy for details about browser storage, contact messages and third-party services.
Book orders
Purchases made through an external retailer are handled by that retailer. Please contact the retailer directly about payment, shipping, returns or order status. For feedback on the activities inside a LittleTei book, you can contact us here without sending order or payment details.
